Every rental comes with a gaming console, one controller, delivery to your location, full setup, and an quick-and-easy guide to get you playing right away. 

Your console will come ready to play with premium pre-loaded games including: Call of Duty Warzone, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Rocket League, and Roblox.

If there is a specific game you'd like that isn't included, we are happy to add it to the account upon request (additional fees may apply).

No! Each console comes with a pre-loaded account that's ready for you to press play. 

However, you're welcome to log into your own PlayStation or Microsoft account if you prefer. 

You can reserve your rental as far in advance as you'd like! We will always try our best to accomodate last minute bookings, though requests 48 hours or less cannot be guaranteed. 

We currently serve Destin to Panama City Beach and surrounding Emerald Coast communities.

If your location falls outside of our current service area, please reach out and we will do our best to assist. 

Your rental will charged in-full at the time the services are ordered. During delivery, our team will confirm setup and collect a signature.

When we pick up the equipment, we'll check to ensure everything is in working order. If any damage occurred during the rental period, you will receive a follow-up invoice. 

Each console includes a quick troubleshooting guide and our contact information for easy support. 

If an issue comes up, please contact us and we'll work quickly to troubleshoot the problem or provide a replacement if needed. 

You're welcome to be present for delivery, but it isn't required. If you won't be there, we'll just need access details for the property so that our team can complete the setup. 

We will confirm delivery remotely by sending photos via text or email. At pickup, we'll document the equipment condition and notify you if any damages occurred.
